You’re invited to join the Culver City Police Department for National Night Out 2025 on Tuesday, August 5th, from 5 to 8 PM in Downtown Culver City at The Culver Steps in Town Plaza. This free, family-friendly event, moved this year from Veterans Park to downtown, is an evening dedicated to community spirit, safety, and celebration.
California NEWS — Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities including free snacks and beverages, live music, police vehicle and equipment displays, and a special K9 demonstration scheduled for 6:30 PM. Families with children will appreciate the Kids’ Zone featuring art activities and face painting, as well as chances to win prizes and giveaways. Local community resources will also be available, and a special guest will make an appearance.
To avoid parking challenges, guests are encouraged to walk, bike, carpool, or use public transportation, specifically Culver CityBus Lines 1 and 1C1 Circulator, which serve downtown Culver City. For those who drive, there are three public parking garages nearby—located at 3846 Cardiff Avenue, 3844 Watseka Avenue, and 9099 Washington Boulevard (Ince Garage)—with the first hour free and $1 for each additional 30 minutes. For questions or more information, contact Community Engagement Manager Jennifer Atenza at (310) 253-6120 or via email at [email protected].
Join your family, neighbors, and friends to celebrate the partnerships that keep Culver City safe and strong at this exciting community event.
